Role & responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate international commercial agreements including Master Service Agreements, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Licensing Agreements, NDAs, SLAs, MoUs, Joint Venture/Strategic Partnership agreements and other business contracts.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from requirement assessment and drafting through negotiation, execution, renewals, amendments and closure.
- Review contractual risks relating to liability, indemnity, warranties, limitation of liability, termination, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, governing law, dispute resolution, payment and compliance.
- Support negotiations with international customers, suppliers, distributors, partners and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.




- Coordinate with external counsel and local legal advisors on country-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, rights, risks, deviations and commercial implications.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, approval matrices and standard contracting processes.

Track contract obligations, renewals, notice periods, deliverables and compliance requirements to minimize contractual leakage and disputes
