Key Responsibilities

- Drive the Spare Parts Business in coordination with Country Managers and ensure overall business performance, payment follow-up, retail sales, market potential studies, sales loss analysis, benchmarking of global best practices, and distributor network expansion.
- Manage monthly order execution with complete understanding of spare-parts processes and ensure documentation compliance as per established policies.
- Support Field Teams, Head Office Service Teams, and Distributors in resolving urgent supply requirements and concerns by coordinating with warehouses and manufacturing plants to ensure timely dispatch of parts.
- Build the capability of Distributor Spare Parts Teams through training on systems and processes, inventory management, DMS usage, parts catalogue interpretation, and query portal usage.
- Analyze FFR losses, identify systemic gaps, and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions and sustainable improvements. Track VOR/RUSH FFR on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) for Back Order (BO)



parts ETA and ensure receipt in line with committed ETA dates.
- Coordinate with SBU Customer Care teams for MSS allocation and STO tracking. Follow up on high-value BO parts with sourcing teams to ensure availability within the same month and maximize order execution value.
- Follow up on country-specific documentation, import licenses, and BIVAC/SGS inspections as required.
- Arrange parts through the local market in case of urgent requirements to minimize service downtime.
- Generate accessories orders from Distributors in line with the approved business plan.
- Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly MIS covering order execution status in coordination with Accounts and Logistics Teams.
- Coordinate IT projects, including BRD preparation, business logic validation, testing, and final production rollout, as and when required.
- Coordinate with relevant business units to resolve obsolete and non-serviceable parts issues and ensure appropriate closure.
