About the role

Innominds is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead core finance and accounting operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented technology services setting. This role combines strong financial control and reporting discipline with hands-on ownership of treasury, payments, compliance, working capital, and stakeholder management across domestic and international operations.

What you will own

- Lead day-to-day finance operations covering general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, fixed assets, journal-entry review, reconciliations, and period-end close.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, financial statements, cash-flow reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, profitability reports, and management dashboards; present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage treasury and working capital activities, including cash-flow planning, bank coordination, fund transfers, payment scheduling, foreign-currency transactions, banking documentation, and optimal utilization of financial resources.
- Oversee vendor payments, invoice validation, payment approvals, collections follow-up, and revenue assurance while maintaining strong financial controls.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employer-tax matters, and finance-related employee cost reviews with HR and business stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance across GST, TDS, income tax, skilled tax, PF, statutory filings, audits, and applicable RBI, FEMA, STPI, SEZ, and trade-documentation requirements.
- Manage audit readiness, statutory books, compliance records, timely closure of audit observations, and coordination with internal, statutory, tax, banking, and regulatory partners.
- Drive process standardization, SOP improvements, ERP implementation support, ERP data accuracy and integrity, reporting automation,



and continuous improvement across finance operations.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures, identify financial risks, recommend mitigation actions, and lead, coach, and review the performance of finance team members while partnering effectively with Procurement, HR, Sales, Delivery, Legal, banks, auditors, insurers, and vendors.

What you bring

- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial or team-leadership role.
- CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
- Practical experience managing treasury, cash flow, bank relationships, working capital, payment operations, and multi-location or global finance activities.
- Experience with vendor management, commercial negotiations, billing and collections, payroll coordination, and revenue or cost analysis; exposure to IT, technology services, manufacturing, infrastructure, healthcare, or similar service industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP or accounting systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, ownership, strong time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
