Role & responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and technical documentation.
- Develop reusable workflows and components following UiPath best practices and REFramework.
- Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize bot performance.
- Support production deployments and resolve production incidents.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and promote development standards and best practices

Required Technical Skills:

- UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
- REFramework
- Document Understanding and AI Center (preferred)
- REST APIs and Web Services
- SQL Server or other relational databases
- C# or VB.NET
- Git and Azure DevOps




- Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS (preferred)

Required Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale RPA solutions.
- Strong understanding of UiPath best practices, exception handling, logging, and debugging.
- Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (preferred).

Preferred Certifications:

- UiPath Certified Professional Advanced Automation Developer
