- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and improve candidate quality.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with compliance expertise.
