Designation – Asst Manager/Manager

Plant Size - 247.5 MWp

Main Responsibilities –

- Responsible for Operation and Maintenance activities of BESS and Solar.
- Predictive, Preventive and corrective Maintenance of Various Equipment’s related to BESS.
- Knowledge of PCS, BESS, Converter, communication and EMS system.
- Monitor and Analyze performance data (KPIs) of the BESS plant including number of cycles, charge and discharge rate etc.,
- Ensure Quality check of data and reports shared to HO
- Responsible to meet the business goals/KPI’s of the BESS
- Preparation of Weekly/Monthly/yearly performance analysis reports of the Site.
- Spares and Inventory management of the site
- Coordination with HO and all other stake holders on site related issues to solve.
- Coordination with OEM and O&M; vendors
- Ensure Quality, Health & Safety on site.




- Ensure data availability and uptime of SCADA/EMS
- Ensure the closing of internal/external audit points

Skills Required –

- Skilled knowledge: Good technical & operational knowledge of BESS and Solar plants and the equipments installed in the plant
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, write and speak clearly.
- Computer Proficiency – Good command on MS office, Excel, Power point, etc. and knowledge of various statistical / analytical tools.
- Should have good experience in man management

Experience –

- Preferably from Electrical / Electronic background.
- Should have knowledge and worked in BESS / Solar parks / Renewable sector for at least 03 - 04 years. Overall experience of 6 – 8 years.
