Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and peripheral-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Perform Windows installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic Active Directory activities.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and email-related issues.
- Log, update, and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Maintain IT asset records and follow standard IT support processes.
- Coordinate with other IT teams/vendors for issue resolution when required.
