Responsibilities
- Candidate having 5-6 years of experience is Kronos Functional Support.
- Candidate should be able to deliver key aligned application managed services including Production Support (Level 2 and Level 3 break-fix, Level 4 coordination), Maintenance, as well as can do Minor Enhancements
- Experience with Kronos Workforce - Workforce time and attendance for US hourly and salaried locations that use Kronos time clocks.
- WFC Start - Workforce Central Salary time and attendance for US locations not using Kronos time clocks.
Requirements
- Should have valuable communication skills, SQL Database experience and SSIS packages
