TalentQ Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare client for experienced AR Callers /Pre Auth Associates in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform AR follow-up with US insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied claims • Analyze claim status and take necessary action for claim resolution • Work on denial management and payment posting related issues • Follow up with insurance carriers regarding claim adjudication, underpayments, and reprocessing • Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements • Document call details and updates in the billing system
Eligibility Criteria
- 1 to 5 years experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare RCM)
• Experience in Physician Billing or Hospital Billing • Good knowledge of medical billing process and insurance guidelines • Robust communication and analytical skills • Ability to work in night shifts (US shift)
