- Provide production support for Java-based applications.
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.
- Analyze application logs and identify root causes.
- Resolve incidents and production defects within defined SLAs.
- Work with development, QA, infrastructure and business teams for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support application deployments, releases and production changes.
- Participate in incident, problem and change management activities.
- Ensure high availability and stability of payment applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical and support documentation.
