Job Summary:

We are looking for a strong Technical IT Recruiter with 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, good technical understanding, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT/technical roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Build effective Boolean searches and sourcing strategies for challenging requirements.
- Understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates based on skill, experience, and
- project exposure.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical fitment, communication, CTC, notice
- period, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, manage offers, and drive closures/joinings.




- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and meet defined recruitment targets.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT sourcing, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Valuable understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Cloud,
- DevOps, QA, Data, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple and niche technical requirements.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and strong in recruitment closures
