Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the overall execution, planning, monitoring, and successful delivery of Civil Projects including Buildings, Water Supply Projects, UGD, STP, and WTP. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery.
- Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
- Mobilize and manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Manage quantities, billing, BOQ, cost control, and contract administration.
- Conduct regular site visits for execution monitoring and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.




- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in Buildings, Water Projects, UGD, STP, and WTP.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and project teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 15+ years in Buildings, Water Projects, UGD, STP, and WTP
- Lead end-to-end civil project execution, planning, monitoring, cost control, and team management
