Role & responsibilities

- Conduct in-person sales meetings with prospective and existing clients across the assigned Delhi NCR territory.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Understand client technical, project, and commercial requirements and coordinate with the technical/quotation team to prepare accurate proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, project, technical, and senior management stakeholders.
- Follow up consistently on quotations, proposals, and open opportunities to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of meetings, leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and next steps in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the BDM and Sales Head for lead quality, chance development, and strategic accounts.
- Escalate high-value, complex, or strategic negotiations to the Sales Head when required.
- Represent the company professionally during client visits, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly meeting, pipeline generation, and sales targets.




- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in technical, industrial, project, or solution-based sales.
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR for client meetings.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with mid-to-senior-level decision-makers.
- Basic technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product/project specifications.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Existing relationships/network with developers, procurement teams, project teams, consultants, or technical decision-makers will be an added advantage.
