What You'll Do

As a System Analyst PowerApps at LevelShift, you will:

- Design and develop custom applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) integrated with Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into scalable and user-centric solutions.
- Implement AI-driven features, automation workflows, and Copilot capabilities to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure application security, governance, compliance, and performance optimization across the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Support pre-sales activities, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and prepare documentation and user training materials.

- Should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and improve productivity while ensuring responsible AI usage and governance.
- Utilize AI-assisted application design, formula generation, workflow automation,



code suggestions, documentation, and troubleshooting to deliver intelligent solutions efficiently.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot for PowerApps, Power Platform Copilot, Azure OpenAI Service, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, to build next-generation business applications.

Your Skillset

- 7+ years of experience in PowerApps, Power Platform, or related low-code/no-code application development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse including data modeling, relationships, business rules, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Power Automate flows and business process automation.
- Experience using Copilot for PowerApps and AI-assisted development for faster and smarter solution delivery.
- Familiarity with FetchXML, Power Fx, JavaScript, or scripting languages for advanced customizations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform security concepts including role-based access control, authentication,



and environment governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to optimize applications and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft technologies, AI innovations, and low-code development trends.
- Experience with solution architecture, pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and proof-of-concept (PoC) development is highly desirable.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, or Power Platform Solution Architect certifications are an added advantage.
