Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager High Ticket LAP to drive business growth across Jaipur and the assigned Rajasthan region.

The candidate will be responsible for LAP sourcing, disbursement, DSA/channel development, team management and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly/quarterly High-Ticket / Prime LAP sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Acquire HNI, Business Owners, Self-Employed, Professionals and Property Owners.
- Build and manage a strong DSA, Connector, CA, Broker and Channel Partner network.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the regional sales team to achieve business targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, Risk and Collections teams.
- Ensure quality sourcing, faster TAT and adherence to company credit/compliance policies.
- Monitor pipeline, conversion, team productivity and portfolio quality.




- Develop new markets and strengthen the company's presence across Jaipur/Rajasthan.

Candidate Profile

- 8–15 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending sales.
- Solid experience in High-Ticket / Prime LAP is preferred.
- Experience with Bank / NBFC / HFC / Financial Services companies.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value business and disbursement targets.
- Strong DSA / Channel Partner network in Jaipur/Rajasthan preferred.
- Excellent team leadership, sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of LAP credit, income assessment, property and documentation processes.
