Role & responsibilities :-

- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for retail fixtures, displays, signage, and store interiors.
- Develop 3D models and realistic renderings based on brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings / production drawings with dimensions, material specifications, hardware details, and construction methods.
- Understand and work with materials such as MDF, plywood, solid wood, MS, SS, aluminium profiles, acrylic, glass, laminates, paint and powder coating.
- Convert concept drawings and brand guidelines into manufacturing-ready drawings.
- Prepare cutting lists, BOMs and material requirements.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, estimation and installation teams to ensure drawings are practical and cost-effective.
- Review drawings and identify design, fabrication and installation issues before production.
- Make revisions based on client/brand feedback and site conditions.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, project managers and vendors when required.
- Visit sites when required to take measurements and understand installation requirements.




- Ensure drawings are prepared according to approved designs, dimensions and brand standards.
- Support the estimation team by providing accurate material quantities and design inputs for costing.
- Maintain proper records of approved drawings, revisions and project files.
- Assist in developing standardized and cost-effective fixture designs for repeated/mass production.
- Resolve production and installation-related technical issues.

Required Skills

- AutoCAD mandatory
- 3D software such as SketchUp / SolidWorks / 3ds Max / Fusion 360 – preferred
- Knowledge of retail fixtures and furniture manufacturing
- Good understanding of materials, hardware and fabrication methods
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of BOM, cutting list and shop drawings
- Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances and construction details
- Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under tight project deadline
