Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Banking / Core Banking Consultant with 8+ years of experience in the banking and financial services domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in data migration, core banking implementation/rollout, testing, validation, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of banking business processes and financial terminology.
- Good knowledge of at least 2 banking areas: Trade, CASA,



GL, Markets/Treasury, or Payments.
- Experience in data migration from legacy/old systems to new or core banking systems.
- Experience across the complete migration lifecycle, including:
- Data mapping and transformation
- Data validation and reconciliation
- SIT and UAT

- Experience in core banking implementation, upgrade, or rollout is preferred.
- Ability to analyse data discrepancies and coordinate with technical and business teams for resolution.
- Robust understanding of migration testing, data quality, reconciliation, and defect management.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, technology teams, QA teams, ramaproject teams, and implementation partners.
