Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Associate to manage day-to-day coordination between our organisation, cement manufacturing companies, sales team, transporters, and internal accounts team.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, account coordination, dispatch planning, delivery tracking, ledger management, and MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate should be highly organised, comfortable working with numbers and Excel, and capable of following up with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in MIS, sales coordination, logistics coordination, accounts coordination, or distribution operations.
- Experience in the cement, steel, FMCG, building materials, or distribution industry will be an advantage.
- Comfortable communicating with company representatives, sales staff, transporters, and internal teams.
- Proactive personality with solid ownership and follow-up skills.
