Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

AI-Native B2B SaaS | Product Engineering | Commercialization

We are looking for an exceptional product-first CTO to lead the next phase of an ambitious AI-native B2B SaaS transformation.

This is not a traditional IT, Global Delivery, GCC or services leadership role. We are specifically looking for a technology executive who has built, commercialized and scaled enterprise software/SaaS products and can demonstrate measurable customer and revenue outcomes.

What we are looking for

- 1825+ years of technology/product engineering experience with senior leadership exposure.
- Proven leadership within a B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software / Technology Product company.
- Personally built or scaled commercial products with demonstrable ARR/revenue and enterprise customer adoption.
- Led and scaled substantial Product Engineering organizations, preferably 75100+ engineers.
- Strong ownership across Product + Engineering + Architecture + Platform/Data/AI.




- Recent experience taking GenAI / LLM / RAG / Agentic AI capabilities into production customer-facing products.
- Strong understanding of SaaS commercialization, monetization, pricing, GTM and product economics.
- Experience transforming bespoke/custom capabilities into repeatable, scalable SaaS/IP products is highly preferred.
- Solid CEO/Founder/C-suite partnership and ability to connect technology decisions directly to business growth.
- Experience in Analytics, Market/Customer Insights, MarTech, Data Products, Decision Intelligence or Research Technology would be an advantage.
