Role & responsibilities

Defining and maintaining the Project Time Management Plan.

- Coordinating the project scheduling community in multi-unit projects, including organizing meetings and maintaining minutes of meetings (MoM).

- Detailing and updating the project schedule based on contractual targets and stakeholder data.

- Proposing the project baseline and ensuring its acceptance both internally and by the customer.

- Ensuring consistency across all internal and external stakeholder commitments and managing schedule interfaces.

- Organizing and leading periodic project schedule sessions.

- Providing timely updates on schedule status, highlighting gaps between the actual and baseline schedules.

- Focusing on the early identification of potential delays and providing mitigation strategies.

- Preparing schedule and progress reports for customers, lead units, or partners.





- Supporting the Project Manager on all issues related to the project schedule.

- Developing and maintaining schedule templates for the Reference Library.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- Experience or understanding of project planning and scheduling techniques.

- Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and principles.

- A PMP (Project Management Qualified) or equivalent certification.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
