Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure team is responsible for managing and maintaining Redington's enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, performance, security, and resilience of critical business systems. The team manages hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premises and multi-cloud platforms, while driving automation, cybersecurity, IT service operations, business continuity, and technology transformation. The team plays a key role in enabling secure, reliable, and scalable technology services across the organization.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Operations Security Orchestration Manager with strong expertise in infrastructure operations, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, automation, and IT service management. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing enterprise infrastructure operations while driving modern security practices such as SOAR, Zero Trust, IAM, network zoning, and continuous compliance across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Operations: Ensure 24x7 availability, reliability, and performance of critical business systems and enterprise infrastructure.
- Infrastructure Planning: Lead infrastructure capacity planning, lifecycle management, technology refresh, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Automation AI: Drive automation of routine infrastructure operations and enable AI-based agents to monitor, analyze, and manage daily IT infrastructure tasks.
- Security Orchestration: Coordinate security operations across SOC, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure effective threat detection, response, and recovery.
- Zero Trust Access Management: Implement and strengthen Zero Trust architecture, Identity Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Incident Cyber Recovery: Orchestrate infrastructure security incident response, cyber recovery activities, and post-incident remediation.
- Vulnerability Management: Ensure timely identification, tracking,



and remediation of infrastructure vulnerabilities within defined SLAs.
- Cloud Hybrid Infrastructure: Manage and oversee infrastructure operations across Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments.
- Backup Disaster Recovery: Oversee backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
- IT Service Operations: Drive ITIL maturity, operational excellence, service availability, and SLA compliance across infrastructure services.
- Governance Compliance: Support ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, internal audit, and other applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Risk Security Reviews: Conduct periodic infrastructure security reviews, risk assessments, control assessments, and remediation tracking.
- Documentation: Maintain infrastructure architecture, policies, procedures, SOPs, security controls, and operational documentation.
- Vendor Management: Manage Managed Service Providers, ISPs, cloud providers, and security partners, ensuring performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging infrastructure and security technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure resilience, security, automation, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or IT service management are preferred.

Experience

- Strong experience in enterprise IT infrastructure operations and management.




- Hands-on experience managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments, preferably Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, Zero Trust, IAM, MFA, PAM, vulnerability management, and security operations.
- Experience with infrastructure automation, orchestration, and AI-based monitoring or operational tools.
- Experience in ITIL-based service management and managing infrastructure SLAs.
- Experience in backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber recovery.
- Experience managing MSPs, cloud providers, ISPs, and security vendors.
- Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, internal audit, and technology risk/compliance requirements.
