JOB SPECIFICATION

Position: Analyst

Location: Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Development and maintenance of financial and operational models related to working capital financing solutions.
- Building and updating business case models to assess portfolio performance, profitability and growth opportunities.
- Analysis of lending portfolios, including provisions, write-offs, recoveries and credit performance metrics.
- Understanding and interpreting financial statements, banking concepts, and credit-related data.
- Supporting management reporting and ad-hoc analytical requirements.
- Development of automation tools using VBA and/or Python to streamline recurring processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Data reconciliation, validation,



and quality checks across multiple datasets.

Preferred Skill Set:

• Solid financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Understanding of lending, working capital financing, credit risk, provisioning, and write-off concepts.

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and financial modelling techniques.

• Experience with VBA and/or Python-based process automation. (Mandatory)

• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
