About the Role

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US IT staffing, a strong grasp of market trends, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently while collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions within the US staffing market, from requirement intake to offer closure.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and account managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Negotiate rates/compensation and manage offer discussions with candidates.
- Stay current on US IT staffing market trends, visa regulations (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.), and industry compensation standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Meet daily,



weekly, and monthly recruitment targets within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or related US Staffing roles.
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing market trends, terminologies, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using technology-based sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, along with job boards and ATS tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
