Role Overview:

- We are looking for an Accounts Manager who will play a key role in strengthening our financial processes, controls, and reporting while providing strategic financial inputs to support the company's growth and maintain its financial health

The Role:

- - Set up, strengthen, and manage financial controls, accounting systems, and processes to support a rapidly growing organization.
- - Ensure accurate and timely visibility of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including ageing, collections, and vendor payments.
- - Own the speed and accuracy of billing, along with maintaining strong ledger hygiene for customers and vendors.
- - Ensure timely reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies across customer and vendor accounts.
- - Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring explicit ownership, accountability, and timely completion of deliverables.
- - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- - Ensure timely assessment, preparation, and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, including GST and TDS returns.
- - Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities and represent the company before relevant authorities when required.
- - Liaise with Government Departments and Regulatory Authorities, including tax authorities, for approvals, clarifications,



sanctions, and statutory compliance.
- - Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, automation, controls, and reporting as the organization scales.
- - Work closely with business and operations teams to ensure financial discipline and accurate accounting across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

- - 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance; experience in the logistics, supply chain, or cold chain industry will be an advantage.
- - Prior experience working in a start-up or high-growth organization is preferred.
- - Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- - Exceptional team management and coordination skills.
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- - Strong ability to delegate, follow up, and ensure timely execution through the team.
- - Strategic thinking, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- - Strong attention to detail and a high level of financial discipline.
- - High ownership and an execution-oriented mindset - willing to roll up your sleeves and personally get the job done when required.
- - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
