Responsibilities

- Assist departments with tasks ranging from business development, sales, design, to project support.
- Get involved in ongoing projects, shadow team members, and gradually take on more responsibilities.
- Help brainstorm and execute ideas across business development, design, social media, and web projects.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback loops to improve your skills and add genuine value.
- Help maintain project schedules, track progress, and support routine administrative tasks.

Requirements





- An eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude-this is about getting real experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in office tools (MS Office or Google Suite); familiarity with design or coding tools is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Business, Marketing, IT, Design, or a similar field.
