Job Summary

The SAP is responsible for managing and maintaining the SAP system landscape for Redington, along with delivering project-based solutions. The team supports core SAP modules including FI/CO, SD, and MM, and manages integrations with external systems such as MuleSoft and SuccessFactors. The team plays a key role in ensuring stable operations, system enhancements, and seamless business process integration across functions.

Responsibilities

- SAP Solution Delivery: Contribute to and execute the SAP platform roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring prioritization of requirements and effective delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Process Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement robust SAP solutions for Operations, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
- ABAP Development: Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development including UI5, Dialog Programming, Data Migration, Enhancements, Forms, and ABAP Objects (RICEFW).
- Technical Expertise: Experience in Smart Forms, API development, RFC development, User Exits, BADIs, and BAPIs.
- Data Quality Management: Ensure data consistency and availability while adhering to coding standards and achieving First Time Right (FTR) and On-Time Completion (OTC) objectives.
- Tools Processes: Work with IT tools and ticketing systems such as Redserve, JIRA, and ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to internal processes and standards.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical specifications, system designs, and test documentation.
- Testing QA: Define test plans,



conduct unit/system testing, and ensure adherence to change management and quality assurance processes.
- Documentation Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation of system changes, enhancements, bug fixes, and ensure alignment with governance standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing SAP processes, integrations, and system performance.

Your Fit

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

- Strong experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP technical modules
- Hands-on exposure to SAP integrations and enterprise application support
- Experience in IT/ERP environments, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA

Core Competencies

- Strong SAP ABAP development skills (RICEFW objects)
- Knowledge of SAP integration techniques and development standards
- Experience with APIs, RFCs, BAPIs, and enhancements
- Understanding of SAP business processes and system architecture
- Experience with ticketing and project tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
