Job Title: Senior Manager - Analytics

Location: Dubai

The Senior Manager - Analytics will play a vital role in developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented individual with a deep technical understanding of data pipelines, visualization, and financial metrics. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify current analytical opportunities, build intelligent reporting systems, and drive revenue optimization across our operations.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain centralized dashboards (such as regional support escalation systems) using Power BI and advanced Google Sheets to monitor KPIs across multiple Gulf countries.
- Utilize Advanced SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze complex large-scale datasets, including extensive educational databases, to support regional operations and strategic planning.
- Automate complex reporting workflows and internal data tracking tools using Google Apps Script to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis, tracking key corporate accounting metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, and profitability margins to assess business health and inform forecasting.
- Apply a strong understanding of statistics to interpret data trends, validate hypotheses, and support strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance metrics, regional trends, and analytics development activities.




- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to develop tailored solutions, translating complex data into actionable business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-7 years of proven work experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role, with a track record of driving data solutions and business growth.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, data structuring) and Google Apps Script for process automation.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for deep-dive data manipulation, analysis, and pipeline creation.
- Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
- Solid understanding of applied statistics and its practical application in business forecasting and analysis.
- Strong financial acumen, with solid knowledge of accounting terms and metrics like revenue, EBITDA, and gross margins.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings to key stakeholders at all levels.
- Result-oriented mindset, with a focus on optimizing operations and achieving organizational targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred)
