Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience, preferably across multiple Odoo versions.
- Solid knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of the Odoo framework, ORM, module architecture, workflows, security, and access controls.
- Experience developing custom Odoo modules and integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Good understanding of Odoo deployment and production environments.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and recommend technically practical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
- Work with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
- Customize existing modules and develop new functionality based on business requirements.
- Work with modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, eCommerce, and related applications.
- Develop and work with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot performance, functional, and integration issues.
- Handle Odoo version upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technical configuration.
- Translate business requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
