- Review drawings, specifications & scope for fire protection projects.
- Prepare accurate QTO, BOQ & BOM.
- Estimate material, manpower, equipment & subcontractor costs.
- Source, evaluate & negotiate supplier/vendor quotations.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Conduct site surveys and identify project requirements/challenges.
- Perform value engineering for cost optimization while maintaining safety & compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of Fire Protection Systems: Sprinkler, Hydrant, Foam, CO, FM-200, etc.
- Understanding of hydraulic calculations and fire protection system design.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and local Civil Defense/Fire Safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam & MS Office.
- Solid analytical, estimation, costing & vendor coordination skills.
- Experience in tendering, bidding & cost estimation is preferred.
