About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our IT Staffing and Recruitment business. The intern will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, generating leads, connecting with HR/TA teams, and supporting the team in acquiring recent IT staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential IT companies and corporate clients requiring staffing support.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email, Google, and cold calling.
- Research companies, HR teams, Talent Acquisition Managers, and decision-makers.
- Connect with potential clients and introduce our IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.




- Schedule meetings between prospects and the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client requirements, and meetings.
- Support in preparing company profiles, proposals, and staffing service presentations.
- Track daily and weekly business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT recruitment / staffing is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and internet research.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn B2B sales and IT staffing business development.
