Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience in Machine Shop

Working Experience in Multi axis Machines.

CNC Programming & Trouble Shooting

Job Requirements :

1. Hands on experience in operating CNC machines with SIEMENS 840D controls & to independently adjust the programs for trials.
2. Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications with the minimum of supervision following training
3. To work to tight tolerances and check your own work
4. To work on your own initiative and understand the manufacturing processes
5. Report any tooling required to Supervisor
6. Keep a clean and manageable working area
7. Fulfil training programs deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and assist in your personal development
8.



To take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks in relation to your own job role and to control the risks or report them to management as appropriate
9. Having Positive knowledge all about Tooling & Fixtures
10. Knowledge about Tooling on CNC Milling/Turning Machine
11. Ensure Proper use of Machines, Tooling and Gauges.
12. Provide ideas / assist supervisor to carry out process improvements
13. Any other duties as required, commensurate with job positio
