Role & responsibilities

- Responsible to design, implement and refine systems to manage processes and to optimize performance.
- Responsible to develop innovative ideas break through advancements and cutting-edge solutions to problems
- Should be aware of all the Corporate Tariffs as agreed and ensure an error free billing from our end
- Should be able to prepare a complete billing kit and transfer the same to the submissions department as per the TAT
- Responsible to have regular interaction with consultants in regard to the bills and their payments.
- Responsible to coordinate and maintain good relations with corporate clients, patients, doctors, and public.
- Responsible to provide necessary inputs to the HR in manpower planning for the billing dept.
- Responsible for recruitment and performance evaluation of the personnel
- Responsible for identifying training needs of employees working in the department
- Responsible for imparting technical training for the employees working in the department

Preferred candidate profile

- Having experience in Hospital Billing
- Experience in handling Billing team
- Knowledge in corporate, cash and insurance billing
- Good communication skills and knowledge
- Able to work under pressure
