Preferred candidate profile
- 25 years experience in furniture sales / retail / interior industry
- Strong sales, negotiation & customer relationship skills
- Experience in team handling & floor management
- Good understanding of furniture products, pricing & margins
- Proactive, responsible and target-oriented
- Good communication and skilled behaviour
- Ability to take quick decisions and ownership
- Basic CRM, reporting & follow-up discipline
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow with Rightwood.
