We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with robust Payments domain knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in mainframe technologies along with Unix/Linux scripting skills, and prior exposure to payment systems such as card processing, wire transfers, ACH, SWIFT, or real-time payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications supporting payment processing systems
- Work on COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM based applications
- Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for job scheduling, automation, and file transfers
- Analyze business requirements related to payment workflows and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis,



and production support for payment-related batch and online systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and production support
- Ensure compliance with banking/financial regulatory standards during development
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
- Prior experience in Payments domain (card payments, SWIFT, ACH, wire transfers, real-time/instant payments, or similar)
