The Employee Success & Experience Executive will be responsible for driving employee happiness, engagement, culture, and retention at Glow Clinic. The role will act as a key point of contact for employees throughout their journey with the organisation, ensuring they feel heard, valued, supported, and connected to the organisation's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Own and continuously improve the employee journey from onboarding through exit.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct regular pulse surveys and analyse employee feedback.
- Drive employee recognition initiatives and ensure participation across teams.
- Strengthen internal communication and employee connect.
- Identify opportunities to improve overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
2. Employee Grievances & Conflict Resolution
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Handle employee grievances with confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
- Conduct confidential meetings and gather relevant information during investigations.
- Identify appropriate resolution options and develop action plans.
- Follow up on grievances until resolution and formally close cases.
- Identify recurring concerns and recommend preventive measures.
3. Employee Retention & Early Warning System
- Monitor employee behaviour and workplace indicators to identify potential attrition risks.
- Track early warning signs such as:
- Increased absenteeism or leave patterns
- Changes in employee behaviour
- Decline in performance
- Peer conflicts
- Concerns regarding compensation
- Career aspirations or lack of growth
- Reduced engagement
- Feedback received from managers
- Conduct regular stay interviews with employees identified as retention risks.
- Recommend and implement appropriate retention strategies.
- Maintain an attrition dashboard and provide regular insights to management.
4. Manager Coaching & Employee Relations
- Partner with managers to identify and address employee concerns at an early stage.
- Coach managers on effective employee communication, engagement, and conflict handling.
- Support managers in creating a positive team environment.
- Facilitate constructive conversations between employees and managers when required.
5. Exit Interviews & Attrition Analysis
- Conduct structured exit interviews with departing employees.
- Identify recurring reasons for employee exits and attrition trends.
- Analyse exit feedback and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Track regrettable attrition and identify opportunities for intervention.
6. Recognition & Culture Building
- Drive employee recognition programs and initiatives.
- Create opportunities to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Promote Glow Clinics culture, values, and employee-centric practices.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee belonging and team cohesion.
