- Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts related to solar energy projects from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts to O&M; (Operations & Maintenance) contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them during the contracting process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in renewable energy sector specifically in solar or wind energy industries.
- Solid understanding of EPC contracts, O&M; contracts, and other types of commercial agreements used in the renewables sector.
- Excellent contract drafting skills with ability to negotiate complex terms and conditions effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
