Job Role: Technology Architect
Location: Mumbai - Andheri East
Job Type: Permanent
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday
Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (with flexible start time, up to 10:30 AM)

Core Responsibilities:

- Design and own end-to-end technical architecture for applications/platforms.
- Define and enforce design patterns, architecture principles, and coding standards.
- Review design patterns for adherence to architecture principles and best practices.
- Assess reusability and usability of common/shared functions and components across systems.
- Review and validate non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, reliability, maintainability).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Mentor developers on architecture best practices.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

- Strong grasp of software design patterns (creational, structural, behavioral) and architecture patterns (microservices, layered, event-driven design).
- Solid object-oriented programming fundamentals (SOLID principles).
- Hands-on development experience in .NET (C#)



and Python.
- Experience designing distributed systems (scalability, fault tolerance, consistency, messaging/queueing, and REST/gRPC service communication).
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture (containers, microservices, and API design).
- Database design experience (relational and NoSQL).

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with Vision Language Models (VLMs) / local LLM runtimes such as Ollama.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in enterprise applications.
- CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Cloud platform certification (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Soft Skills:

- Robust stakeholder communication and documentation ability.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to balance technical depth with pragmatic delivery timelines.
