Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Reporting Excellence

- Prepare and circulate daily business data dumps and maintain accurate MTD/YTD performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, consistency, and standardization across all reports and dashboards.
- Maintain reporting processes and ensure timely availability of critical business data.

2. Performance Analytics & Communication

- Develop and publish performance dashboards for different roles, teams, and regions.
- Track key business metrics and highlight performance trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Share timely performance summaries, updates, and insights through relevant communication channels.

3. Insights & Decision Support

- Prepare customized data cuts and analyses based on business requirements.
- Analyze performance trends and identify key drivers, deviations, and improvement areas.
- Translate data into actionable insights to support business decisionmaking.

4. Campaign & Recognition Reporting

- Develop and maintain dashboards for Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs, monthly campaigns, and business drives.
- Validate campaign and R&R; results to ensure accuracy and adherence to defined criteria.
- Publish campaign performance and recognition updates across relevant communication channels.

5. Query Resolution & Stakeholder Support

- Handle and resolve MIS, reporting,



and datarelated queries from internal stakeholders within agreed timelines.
- Maintain proper records and escalation logs for unresolved or critical issues.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.

6. Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Support

- Prepare data, analysis, and insights for management review decks, webinars, business reviews, and planning notes.
- Support business teams with quickturnaround analytics and ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Contribute to datadriven decisionmaking by providing accurate and relevant analysis on short timelines.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Experience in MIS reporting, dashboards, and business analytics.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and deliver within tight timelines.
- Solid understanding of business performance metrics and reporting processes.
