- Master's Degree in Statistics (M.Sc. Statistics preferred).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and academically driven Program Coordinator to support the Computer Science Department. The ideal candidate should have a robust academic background in Statistics and be responsible for coordinating academic activities, maintaining academic records, preparing reports, supporting faculty,



and ensuring the smooth execution of departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day academic and administrative activities of the Computer Science Department.
- Prepare and maintain academic schedules, timetables, and departmental documentation.
- Generate and analyze academic data, reports, and MIS using statistical tools and Excel.
- Support faculty in curriculum planning, examinations, assessments, and academic events.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic progress reports.
- Assist in accreditation, audit, and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth academic operations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for departmental review meetings.
- Support student-related activities, workshops, seminars, and industry interactions.
- Ensure timely execution of academic calendars and departmental initiatives.
