About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with a solid background in Life Sciences interior projects to join our design and build team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in creating creative, functional, and compliant designs for laboratories, research facilities, and office spaces in the life sciences sector.
What makes the role successful:
Work with design development process for life sciences interior projects from concept to execution.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into creative,



practical, and compliant design solutions.
Develop space planning, layouts, material selection, and detailed drawings aligned with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
Work closely with the project team, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in laboratory and life sciences design.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
7+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 34 years in life sciences, laboratory, or healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of design standards, compliance, and safety regulations in life sciences environments.
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent visualization, communication, and client presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
