FlairUP is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer / Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The role involves working on US/UK-based projects and managing paid advertising campaigns focused on leads, conversions, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, Performance Max and YouTube Ads
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting
- Manage and optimize PPC, SEM and paid search campaigns
- Monitor and improve ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate and lead quality
- Work on campaign strategy, budget allocation, bidding strategies and ad optimization
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and event tracking
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Search Console
- Experience with Meta Ads/Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads is required/preferred




- Work with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance
- Prepare campaign reports and share insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, PPC and Performance Marketing trends

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / PPC
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory
- Experience with Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns
- Good understanding of Google Ads optimization, bidding strategies, keyword research and campaign structure
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and campaign analytics
- Experience handling US/UK/international projects or clients is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
