Role Summary
Lead the configuration and optimization of Veeva Vault applications, translating business requirements into compliant, scalable solutions while ensuring adherence to Life Sciences regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva Vault configuration activities, including workflows, lifecycles, objects, security, and business rules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Support implementations, enhancements, releases, and production support activities.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and change management requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices to configuration teams.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Veeva Vault configuration.
- Strong expertise in Veeva Vault applications (RIM, Clinical, PromoMats).
- Hands-on experience with workflows, lifecycles, security, and data models.
- Experience in regulated Life Sciences environments.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Veeva Vault Certification(s).
- Knowledge of validation (CSV/CSA), GxP, and release management
