- 5+ years of experience in QA or testing roles supporting Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and complex business workflows.
- Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Understanding of Quote-to-Contract and Quote-to-Cash processes a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think through end-to-end business scenarios
