Relationship Manager - Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru | Blue Ashva Capital

Responsibilities

- Relationship Coverage: Accompanying GPs to pitch meetings and building a proprietary network of potential investors
- Relationship Management: Maintaining consistent, skilled outreach to foster long-term trust with LPs and UHNIs
- End-to-End Follow-up: Managing all post-meeting communication to ensure investor queries are resolved meticulously
- Brand Ambassadorship: Acting as a presentable, articulate representative of Blue Ashvas multi-asset platform
- Execution & Reporting: Overseeing CRM data and LP communications with high accountability and precision

Requirements

Must Have

- 710 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or similar roles where high-touch investor/client servicing was the primary focus.
- Extroverted & Persuasive: A natural "people person" with strong sales instincts and the ability to build immediate trust with sophisticated stakeholders.
- Polished Presence: Highly presentable and articulate, capable of representing the fund in high-stakes environments alongside senior leadership.
- High Accountability:



A meticulous eye for detail and a high-ownership mindset regarding follow-ups and documentation.
- Work Experience: 5+ years

Preferred

- MBA or CA/CFA with a strong grasp of investment products across Venture, Credit, and Public Equities.
- Existing Network: A proven track record of managing relationships with family offices, UHNIs, or institutional investors.
- Sectoral Fluency: Ability to discuss technology-driven businesses and complex investment structures with confidence.

This is a leadership-track role for a proactive relationship builder who wants to play a foundational role in scaling a long-term institutional platform.
