Technical Architect Services
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Technical Architect
to design and lead scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise and AI-powered solutions. The role requires strong expertise in
Java, Python,AWS/Azure, Cloud Native Architecture, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end software architectures, microservices, system integrations, and cloud-nativesolutions aligned with business objectives.
Define technology stacks, frameworks, architectural patterns, and best practices.
Establish architectural guardrails, coding standards, and conduct architecture reviews.
Backend & API Development
Strong expertise in
Java, Python, .NET/C#, and Node.js
.
Design scalable APIs and integrations using
REST, GraphQL, and gRPC
.
Guide teams on microservices, distributed systems, API security, and best practices.
Data Architecture
Experience with relational databases including
PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server
.
Knowledge of NoSQL and caching technologies such as
MongoDB, Redis, and DynamoDB
.
Define appropriate data, database, caching, and integration strategies.
System Design & Integration
Strong knowledge of
Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems
.
Experience with messaging technologies such as
Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, EventBridge, and Azure
Service Bus
.
Design synchronous and asynchronous integrations between applications, APIs, databases, cloudservices, and third-party systems.
Cloud & DevOps
Expertise in public cloud platforms, primarily
AWS and Azure
.
Strong experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
.
Design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure including networking, monitoring, high availability, anddisaster recovery.
CI/CD & DevSecOps
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using
Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions
.
Implement automated build, testing, deployment, release, and environment promotion processes.
Integrate security and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
Security
Strong understanding of
Application, API, Cloud, Container, and Infrastructure Security
.
Experience with security tools for
SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, vulnerability management,
and container scanning
.
Knowledge of tools such as
SonarQube, Snyk, Checkmarx, Veracode, OWASP ZAP
, or similar.
Quality Engineering & Testing
Define testing strategies covering
Unit Testing, Integration Testing, API Testing, and BDD
frameworks
.
Experience with tools and frameworks such as
JUnit, NUnit, xUnit, PyTest, Cucumber, SpecFlow,
Playwright
, or similar.
Promote automated testing and quality standards across development teams.
Performance Testing
Define performance, load, scalability, and reliability testing strategies for applications and APIs.
Experience with tools such as
JMeter, k6, Gatling, LoadRunner
, or similar.
Identify performance bottlenecks and guide teams on performance optimization.
Observability & Monitoring
Define observability strategies covering
logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, dashboards,
and alerting
.
Experience with tools such as
CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, ELK
, orsimilar.
Ensure applications have appropriate operational monitoring and incident visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio
(Data Studio), and Power BI
.
Define dashboards, reporting, application analytics, and data visualization solutions.
Generative AI & Agentic AI
Experience designing solutions using
LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI
.
Knowledge of platforms such as
AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI
.
Experience with frameworks such as
LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen
, or similar.
- - AI Architecture & Governance
Design AI agent architectures involving
agent orchestration, tool integration, memory, context
management, and human-in-the-loop workflows
.
Implement AI security, guardrails, monitoring, governance, and evaluation frameworks.
Drive adoption of
AI-enabled engineering and AIDLC practices
.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to developers and technicalleads.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Lead technical discussions, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technology evaluations.
Collaborate with business, product, security, DevOps, and engineering stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years
of experience in software development, technical leadership, and solution architecture.
Strong expertise in
Java, Python, and/or .NET/C#
and up-to-date backend development.
Strong experience with
AWS and/or Azure
,
Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
.
Expertise in
Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems, and System
Integration
.
Experience with

.
Strong database knowledge in
