About the Role

The Indus Valley is looking for a Senior Associate Quick Commerce to manage and grow the brand’s presence across leading Quick Commerce platforms. The role will focus on sales, catalogue management, inventory, promotions, platform coordination and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other Quick Commerce platforms.
- Track and drive sales, revenue, orders, conversion and growth across platforms.
- Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, offers, promotions and visibility.
- Monitor inventory, availability, fill rates and stock-outs across dark stores.
- Coordinate with platform account managers and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Analyse platform performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.




- Support promotional campaigns and platform-specific growth initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering sales, inventory and key performance metrics.
- Track competitors, pricing and assortment to identify market opportunities.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and E-commerce teams.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce or Marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or similar.
- Strong understanding of Quick Commerce metrics, marketplace operations and online sales.
- Positive analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup workplace.
