Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly. Handle shiprocket panel and book despatch of orders.

- Convert leads into paying customers by upselling relevant products or services.
- Meet sales targets on whatsapp queries, abandoned carts and liquidation of ageing inventory by upselling and cross selling.

- Manage orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely processing and retention.

- Engage with customers through outbound sales campaigns to drive conversions.

- Provide excellent customer engagement through effective communication skills with repeat customers and convince COD customers to convert to prepaid.

- Convert abandoned carts and whatsapp queries to confirmed orders and achieve sales targets.

- Execute bulk purchase orders for corporate gifting and earn incentive on the same.
