Job Summary

You will run hiring end to end for Redenns India engineering office: writing the post, sourcing on Naukri and LinkedIn, screening portfolios and Git profiles, and getting an offer signed before a good candidate goes cold somewhere else. You will also run the industrial training cohorts that bring engineering students through the Patiala office and keep them structured enough that the strongest ones convert into full-time hires.

You own hiring for an entire office rather than one slice of someone elses process, and a month later you watch the person you hired shipping work for clients in six countries.

What you ll do

- Own the hiring pipeline for the Patiala office: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers and follow-through until day one.
- Write job posts that sound like a real team, and keep candidate records and the pipeline tidy.
- Run the industrial training programme: intake, mentor allocation, attendance, project tracking, certificates and conversion to full-time roles.
- Build and run onboarding so a new joiner is useful in their first week, not their third.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations: attendance, leave records, documentation and internal communication.





What we re looking for

- 1 to 3 years in recruitment, HR operations, or campus and training coordination.
- Comfortable sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and college placement cells.
- Clear written and spoken English plus Punjabi or Hindi, since you speak to candidates, colleges and the leadership team.
- Organised enough to track thirty candidates and a live training cohort at once without losing anyone.
- Discreet and reliable with confidential employee and candidate information.

Nice to have (not required)

- Experience hiring for technical roles; if you have hired for other functions, we will teach you what a robust developer or designer profile looks like.
- Existing relationships with engineering colleges around Punjab.
- Familiarity with an ATS, or a well-run hiring tracker you built yourself in a spreadsheet.
