Responsibilities

- Own product problems end-to-end, from problem discovery and user research to defining requirements, execution, launch, and iteration.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Break down ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses, priorities, and actionable execution plans.
- Write explicit PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and operational pain points.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to make informed product decisions.
- Define product success metrics and continuously monitor product performance.
- Work closely with engineering teams to make thoughtful trade-offs across scope, speed, quality, and user impact.
- Experiment rapidly, validate assumptions, and iterate based on user and product feedback.
- Explore and evaluate AI tools, models, and agentic workflows to identify practical product opportunities.
- Understand the capabilities, limitations,



failure modes, and trade-offs of AI systems and translate them into reliable product experiences.
- Help build AI-native workflows and products from the ground up.
