Position Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager, managing end-to-end delivery across development, support, and release management streams. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance capabilities to ensure high-quality and timely execution aligned with client expectations.

As part of global delivery organization, you will work closely with onshore and offshore teams, clients, and cross-functional groups to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of applications and services across multiple functional areas.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget commitments.
- Drive release management, incident resolution, and production stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to define delivery scope and priorities.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Provide delivery governance, including dashboards, KPIs, and regular project status updates to senior management.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and high performance.




- Ensure compliance with delivery framework, quality standards, and client SLAs.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors for integrated delivery.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives for enhanced efficiency.

Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role

- 14+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in a delivery or program management role.
- Robust understanding of IT service delivery frameworks, SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience managing multi-technology environments and distributed teams.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle delivery escalations.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Clarizen, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in managing P&L; including revenue, margins, utilization.

Nice to Have

- Experience in Manufacturing or Retail domain, particularly in POS or Linga-related solutions. This is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Prior experience working in a global delivery model (onshoreoffshore).
